This Privacy Policy explains how Thistle’s Path handles information when you use the app. Thistle’s Path uses Firebase and Google services to provide sign-in, save data, game progress, app functionality, diagnostics, and support.

• Game data, such as save progress, collection data, decks, rewards, settings, and account status.
• Basic app, device, crash, diagnostics, and analytics information through Firebase or Google Play services.

• To save and restore game progress.
• To provide gameplay, account, collection, and support features.
• To improve stability, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and protect the app.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the app, such as Firebase, Google Play, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, or hosting providers.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You may delete your account using the deletion form below.

Delete Your Thistle’s Path Account

Enter the email and password used for your Thistle’s Path account. This page uses Firebase Authentication to sign in and delete the account. Your password is sent only to Firebase Authentication for sign-in and is not stored by this webpage.

Data Deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize account-associated data we control, such as:

• Firebase Authentication account records.
• Game save data and progress tied to the account.
• Roster, collection, deck, inventory, rewards, and gameplay records tied to the account.
• Profile or username data tied to the account.

Data That May Be Kept

• Records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention purposes.
• Backups or logs that are scheduled for automatic deletion.
• Records that have already been anonymized and no longer identify your account.
• Email correspondence needed to document and process deletion requests.

Retention Period

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies, logs, or retained administrative records may persist for up to 90 days unless a longer period is required by law, security needs, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention.
